About

Erika has always been passionate about fitness and athletics, competing in multiple sports as a teenager as a 4-year letterman in volleyball, basketball and swimming at Saugus High School, and as a 4-year collegiate volleyball player at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN. She now competes in triathlons and hopes to qualify for the Ironman in Kona over the next couple of years. Her biggest achievement thus far is winning 1st Female Overall at the Seattle Escape from the Rock Triathlon in September of 2006.

Erika’s favorite motto is “Hard things take time to do. Impossible things take a little longer.” She believes that your mind is your biggest hurdle to overcome, and with the belief that you can get results if you are willing to work hard and achieve the “impossible”, YOU CAN ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS!

Erika was a graduate assistant volleyball coach at North Dakota State University for two years while getting her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Leadership from North Dakota State University, and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After coaching at the collegiate level, she has decided to pursue a career in fitness coaching and is focused on helping clients to get stronger, lose weight and WORK HARD! In her free time Erika enjoys running, swimming, cycling and various other activities.
